We are an independent clothing brand designing apparel with the purpose of creating conversation-starting clothing rooted in Orthodox Symbolism; our goal is not trends or mass fashion, but wearable designs that point to faith, invite curiosity, and open the door for meaningful conversations about Orthodoxy in everyday life.
GoFundMe:
The idea behind the GoFundMe is to sponsor a local perish chosen by one of our customers. We will open donations for 4 months, customers can make donations that will go directly to the parish. We would love to sponsor Parishes all over the world and contribute to their community.
Feedback:
We are always looking for design recommendations for our apparel. If anyone has a product design recommendation please email us. We would also love to hear feedback on your purchases.

Shipping Policy
All orders are printed on demand and shipped directly to you. Please read the following information carefully.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically printed and prepared for shipping within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 10–25 business days
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at eternalbyzantiumhelp@gmail.com. We will assist in filing a claim with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund / Return Policy
All products are final sale unless defective, damaged, or misprinted during production.
Printify will refund or replace items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
To request a replacement or refund:
Email us within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the defective product.
We will handle the case through Printify and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Please note: We cannot refund for customer preference (wrong size, changed mind, or ordering the wrong product).
